Super Turf II is a mixture of the very best of the new Turf Type Tall Fescue and Kentucky Bluegrass cultivars. Varieties selected score at the very top in the NTEP trials for turf quality, wear tolerance, low maintenance performance, leaf texture, endophyte enhancement and disease resistance, especially brown patch.The addition of 7% Bluegrass provides the knitting effect of the rhizomes but are non aggressive and will not compete with the tall fescue.
Super Turf II will establish and grow in all conditions with the exception of full shade. It can withstand heat, drought, and cold better than standard grass types. Generally recommended in areas where supplemental water is available, although it will adapt well to low maintenance areas.

I have received my first shipment regarding my lawn plan given to me by Craig at Lawnbright. It has been several weeks since I received them and I have now applied everything and the yard is really looking better. I sent in the soil packet for testing and they have now altered my next shipment based on those results. And they told me to go to a store and buy 50 pounds of sulphur to lower my Ph. I have done such and will be applying tomorrow. Thanks

I put this in a shaded area 7A, Central VA because Virginia Tech ranked some of these cultivars highly for our area. I'm blown away at how good it looks. I legot may have to return my yard though because my neighbors are plotting my demise from their jealousy. I'm legit terrified for the lives of my family and myself. If you or someone you know is considering this grass seed, just prepare for some sleepless nights because you'll be out on the back patio with a nice beverage admiring your lawn and it may even impact your ability to leave home to go to work in the morning. Buyer beware.
