Returns
Unused products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, products must:
• Be unused and unopened
• Be in their original packaging
• Be in resalable condition
To initiate a return, contact info@getlawnbright.com before sending any product back. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of our error or a damaged or defective product.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
• Opened or used products
• Products with damaged or missing original packaging
• Gift cards
• Final sale or clearance items
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@getlawnbright.com with photos of the product and packaging when possible.
At our discretion, we may provide a replacement, store credit, or refund for verified damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing after approval, plus any additional time required by your financial institution.
Subscription Orders
Customers may cancel future subscription shipments at any time through their account or by contacting us.
Orders that have already shipped or are scheduled to ship within seven (7) days are not eligible for cancellation or refund.
Refunds for subscription orders are limited to unshipped future deliveries.
